It's intimate, but it's not personal.

Born in Paris in 2000, Zoé Bernardi is an artist and filmmaker. From 2019 to 2024 she studied at the Beaux-Arts de Paris in the studio of Clément Cogitore and Agnès Geoffroy, graduating with the jury's commendation in June 2024. Her work sets out to show the power of singularity, and how marginality is articulated as a mirror of the norm, using intimacy as a place of experiment. She has had the pleasure of exhibiting her pieces and screening her films and videos at the Palais de Tokyo, the Musée du Louvre, the Centre Culturel Jean Cocteau, Photo Saint Germain, the Fondation Ricard, the Hôtel La Louisine, the Galerie des Filles du Calvaire, the KW Institute for Contemporary Art and the 69th Salon de Montrouge. In 2025 she won the Sisley grant for emerging artists and the jury's special mention at the BAL/ADAGP prize for emerging artists, and she will take part in the Arles photography festival in 2026. She opens her first solo exhibition in June 2026 at Galerie Mennour. She is a resident at POUSH.
